The Malgieri's branch I belong to comes from S.Agata di Puglia in the province of FOGGIA. In the 40's all emigrated to Rome but one, Antonio, who went to the States (his son's family, my uncle Anthony, live in the Denver area). My father's sister, aunt Filomena, lives in Lacedonia, which is the next highway exit after Vallata. World's so small. isn't it? Let's stay in touch if u'd like to

My mother's maiden name was Malgieri. She was born in Farrell , PA in 1928 to Joseph and Rose Malgieri. The were both born in Italy and immigrated here. I don't have all my information available at the moment but would be interested in finding out more.
